I WANT A JUSTIFICATION FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, & I WANT TO KNOW WANT KIND OF SERVICE DO THEY GIVE. 2 DAYS BACK I WROTE MY PROBLEM OVER HERE, & THE CASE IS STILL PENDING, WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR THE REPLACEMENT THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL REPAIR YOUR PHONE FROM ALL THE PROBLEMS, WHY WOULD I TAKE THAT PHONE, BECAUSE NOW YOU ARE SAYING THAT WE WILL REPAIR IT. WHAT THE SERVICE CENTER WAS DOING PREVIOUSLY WITH MY PHONE. WHEN THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM IN 2-3 TIMES. HOW COULD THEY SAY THAT WE WILL DO IT THIS TIME. THEY ARE SAYING FOR THE REPAIR BECAUSE NOW THE CUSTOMER IS FRUSTRATED WITH THERE SERVICE. THE ONLY THING THAT I KNOW IS I WANT A REPLACEMENT OF MY SAMSUNG STAR NEXT. AND THEY HAVE TO REPLACE IT.
