Greetings & Flowers from myside....

As you know i have purchased Samsung Products in Oct-Nov 2010 festiwal season..My Customer Transaction no is 20055994....But as per your scheme of TATA Photon Plus...still i didin;t received the same. The below mail which i were having with TATA since more than a month ..forwarding you....plz look into the matter and do the earliest because this scheme was on your products..and mutually you are also responsible for it.....plz read it carefully....i have already shoote one mail before this regarding the same issue.

(2) I know you people are very big ... i am not giving you any threatning but simply fighting for our rights...also There are lot of customer who have buy products in the same scheme...i will take their references or thorugh media they will contact to me...then we will decide how can we resolve this issue......5 customer resides only in my colony to whom i know very well..

Rest you people are very intelligent and knowledgable than me.waiting for your reply.

(1) As per the Rules and Regulations of the TRAI can twe transfer the connection of Prepaid,Postpaid or Internet Connections?

Post checking the case with respective team we have concluded that we will surely offer you Photon Plus as required.

We will facilitate the same from the neighboring state especially for you ie from Gujarat.

To ensure the same you would be required to provide us the Documents of your friend of relative residing in Gujarat as , as per TRAI we require the Local address proof of the customer from the location the connection is subscribed.

You can use that connection of Photon Plus in MP as there are no roaming charges in Photon connection.

Let us know when the same is available to process further.
