Samsung Telecommunications India Ltd — Galaxy S GT I 9000 hangs, Poor battery | |||
I am doing this followup with Samsung for last 3 months since I bought a Samsung Galaxy S GT I9000. Samsung is showing a sorry figure by providing such 3rd grade responses where they are mentioning that an engineer will contact me and in last 3 months nobody did turnedup. (IS SAMSUNG INCAPABLE OF HANDLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA???). I have already lodged A complain in consumer forum after reminding several times. Then I will be forced to take the route of Law. Inspite of writing several times as well as comittment that an engineer will be in touch, nothing has happened. The phone has developed the following troubles. 1. Phone hangs (Problem increasing day by day) 2. Phone blacks out automatically. 3. Kies does not support. 4. Battery life not improved post changing the battery at your Borivali Service center. I have approached the Service centers at Santacruz-West (Software updated) and Borivali-West (Battery Changed). However, the problem persists.
