After a lot many follow-ups, mails & calls from my side, I tried again to contact in your customer care just now, where Garima (CCE) picked up the call but after waiting of 18 minutes & 53 Seconds , she was not able to provide me any solution OR even not able to arrange conversation with her supervisor. Then after she disconnected the call which is really very unfortunate.

After this incident I called you again where Mr. Rajeev Verma (CCE) who arranged my conversation with Mr. Sujit ( with whom I talked on[protected] also but no action was performed earlier by him). Mr. Sujit told me that he can not provide any escalation person name OR mail ID with whom I can consult my problem. He also assured me that HE would provide me solution at the earliest.

Again I am in wait of response. I would update you on my each & every conversation with samsung on mail till you didn't reply with solution.

As promised by Sandeep Sharma (CCE) yesterday, still nobody called me. please suggest me what I should do? I am totally disappointed. Is this the right way to handle customer's complaint? Don't you think its a question on your WORLD CLASS SERVICES? You are requested to reply in written and tell me when my problem would be taken care by your department.

You are also requested to provide me upper level management contact information so that I can reach them to ask the same questions.

After a lot many communication still nobody reverted me on mail, at last I tried one more time to your Customer Care No.[protected]. Today I talked to Mr. Sandeep Sharma (CCE) who told me that my replacement request has been approved on 14th April 2010 which is a good news for me BUT still my monitor has not been replaced. You are requested to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Kindly action on same & do the needful.

I just received a call from a lady from Samsung India by telephone no. [protected].

She was asking to consider repair in defective monitor instead of Replacement which was earlier assured for replacement by your department. I am just unable to understand why its happening at the last day of your TAT of 15 days? If i am asking again n again for your written reply of refusal of application then why you are not providing written rejection of my request? On the request of service center when I have already provided Xerox Original Copy of Invoice which was desired for replacement of monitor then why not its not yet replaced?

Its really sad that I am wasting my time & effort on this matter but still no adequate action has been performed at your end. You are requested to escalate this issue on skip level & revert me with solution.

I would like to inform you that one of your engineer named Mr.VIKAS (mobile no.: [protected]) has visited at my home on Saturday & I have provide him Xerox copy of Original Invoice.

He has given me assurance to replace my monitor however he was asking for more 10-15 days which is not at all fair because My complaint has already taken more than 12 days so that you are requested to provide replacement with in your complaint resolution TAT of 15 days time.

You are requested to take action on same at the earliest. Your cooperation is expected.

In good faith, It was expected good service from a world fame company but I
am disappointed).Once again I would like to mention that I don't want any
repair in my monitor which is not even older than 1 year (date of purchase
is[protected] , I need complete replacement of Monitor.You are requested
to take action on same at the earliest as its hampering my work.

April 2010, still nobody is ready to take care, resolve and even responding
promptly. If I am not wrong I am mentally harassed by your service
department.
You are requested to go through my complaint history & provide replacement
of Samsung 19” TFT screen at the earliest. In case of rejection of my
request, you are requested to provide written reply on mail so that I can
go forward towards consumer court & ask for justice.
I am waiting for your response at the earliest.
