Dear Sir, I am highly disappointed & irritated by irresponsible customer care services by Samsung Customer Care Department. Even After a rigorous follow-ups, still I don’t have any revert .For further detailed conversation, kindly go through chain mail attached below. After a lot many follow-ups, mails & calls from my side, I tried again to contact in your customer care just now, where Garima (CCE) picked up the call but after waiting of 18 minutes & 53 Seconds , she was not able to provide me any solution OR even not able to arrange conversation with her supervisor. Then after she disconnected the call which is really very unfortunate. After this incident I called you again where Mr. Rajeev Verma (CCE) who arranged my conversation with Mr. Sujit ( with whom I talked on[protected] also but no action was performed earlier by him). Mr. Sujit told me that he can not provide any escalation person name OR mail ID with whom I can consult my problem. He also assured me that HE would provide me solution at the earliest. Again I am in wait of response. I am just unable to understand why its happening at the last day of your TAT of 15 days? On the request of service center when I have already provided Xerox Original Copy of Invoice which was desired for replacement of monitor then why not its not yet replaced? He has given me assurance to replace my monitor however he was asking for more 10-15 days which is not at all fair because My complaint has already taken more than 12 days so that you are requested to provide replacement with in your complaint resolution TAT of 15 days time.
