BP [protected] dt. 28.09.09 (4) : Numerous telephonic reminders Dear Sir, Our letter dt. 18th September’09 gives all the details how many times we had contacted your people and gave Xerox copy of bill, inspite of that till today i.e. after 46 days of the complain, no action has been taken. Don’t you think it is shameful on the part of company like Samsung giving such poor services to the customer. We are so much disgusted and fed-up with your no response attitude that now we are forced to submit this letter along with the letter dt.18th September’09 to the newspaper for publishing.
