Dear sirThis is kind inform you i have a 17" TFT Monitore with a samsung products sir our monitore is not working last two months i inform the customer care of the samsung company he says your requieste has been register.and our complain number is [protected] but at this time is no reponse,
our complain pending is las two months 27 feb-2010 this is not faire,
we hope that you shortout our problem otherwise we will take a legal action and we will go to RLM and had office of the samsung company.i need a anshwer why are you deley of my complain what is the reasons.your out late manager sec-18 noida Mr.amzad he is a bldy eiadeate man are setting there.he is not copprate any customer.
