I HAVE PURCHED A SAMSUNG TFT MONITOR.IT WAS ON THE WARRENTY PERIOD.DURING WARRENY PERIOD THE CONNECTIVE PIECE BETWEEN MONITOR & BASE i.e. STAND HAS BROKEN.AFTER GIVING MANY TIMES COMPLAINS TO DISTRIBUTOR, SERVICE FRANCHISE, STATE SERVICE CENTRE TILL DATE MY COMPLAIN HAS NOT SOLVED.I AM TOTALLY DISATISFIED BY PURCHAGING SUCH PRODUCT.NOW I AM REALISING I HAVE DONE A MISTAKE BY PURCHING THE SAME OF SAMSUNG BRAND.
