Samsung — Bad Product Delivery and Worst Handling of Complaint

I recently purchased a LCD TV from Thailand with Bill and warranty card of it(not international warranty card, which I never knew comes for TV also, though I knew for Laptop and Camera).

I purchased this on 22nd March 2011 from Bangkok and found that TV went off in July 2011, just in 3 months. I called on Samsung Engineers (ColorTrek Services) and they asked for documents which I produced. Engineer said they will get the part from Korea and it will take 15 days to come.

Apart from this I was in constant touch with Samsung Guys also as they said you need international warranty which I said I dont have and I recontacted the dealer in Thailand to enquire, but as expected he denied to give it.

I raised this question also to Samsung Guys, that dealers do not pay attention to warranty cards and shouldnt it be responsibility of the dealer also to give it, as in most cases, customer give the money and come back and then after hours, the Product is delivered by dealer at customer's home with all the cards etc.

The same thing happened with me in case of my Refrigerator from Mumbai Dealer also, it sent me Fridge without stamping it and inside box I had warranty card etc. Though Bill is something customer takes from dealer , which I also took.

I sent them various mails regarding this and Samsung guys never responded back on this, though due to my helplessness I need to call them again and again and one day I come to know accidently that warranty is not there for it (though I was waiting for 15 days to get the part from Korea).

After this I mailed them that charge me for my mistake and make it working but still no response and I think this time also I need to follow up. Such a pathetic coordination between the third party support services (ColorTrek here) and the Samsung guys and of course I am suffering.

Just attaching the mails I sent them. Which will show how active they are. If they would have been clear on their front (like I need to pay myself), I might not have to suffer without TV for long.
