Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to my complain(no. [protected] ) Mumbai India, regarding the lcd which i had purchased two years back. its colour blakened out and it started showing negative images so i registered a complain regarding the same. i was attended by Mr. Madan from your Kurla, Mumbai service centre and was informed that my panel has been blown out and it needs to be replaced. I fail to understand that how can a pane which has a life of 60000 viewing hours can fail only after 4300 hours. it created a suspicion in my mind when that guy quoted Rs.30000/- on day one and after that the service manager of Kurla send me a mail telling me that he will source it from somewhere else and everything would cost me Rs22508/-, so called a different technician and was informed that the panel tubes are not getting the power supply as the ICs are faulty and are not giving power supply to other tubes of the panel hence they need to be changed. so kindly look into the matter as the reason without checking that your panel is faulty is no answer for taking. Kindly arrange for different guy to check the same and with the instruments as first one was not carrying any with him. Also if the panel actually is faulty and gave away in 2years the it raises question of poor quality goods being supplied to customers at a premium as yours is the most expensive brand. if by paying a huge sum compare to other we get substandard goods we shall not repeat the brand in future neither promote them. Expecting a positive reply.
