Complaint for poor quality of New Microwave Oven.
I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven, model no. CE1031LFB/XTL on 03/04/2009 from M/S. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.; Address: Mumbai W/H, FCI, C/O. Kusum Enterprises, Shed No. Rajendra Nagar, Datta Pada Road, Borivali (E). Mumbai-400066.India.
Since last 15 days i was facing problem while switching ON the microwave. It used to give a long beap and -SE- used to diaplay on the panel. When an enggineer visited us on[protected]; after diagnosis he replaced the front panel, saying that due to moisture the panel is non operational. After repalcing the panel it worked for sometime and before he was to leave it again started giving the same problem, Then he said that even the motherboard is to be repalced. After discussion, finally he placed the original panel & board back and it worked. He said that now whenever the same problem arises the panel & motherboard needs to be replaced. My question is why such a approach to resolve issues. There was no concrete diagnosis. Is replacing all the parts is the best method by an enggineer to resolve issues. Are there no proper logical methods to approach such problems. An easy way, to replace spares is adopted but it should be remembered that if a working part is replaced in this method, a cost is involved to the user. I request to kindly make a note of it.
Also, most important when the enggineer opened up the microwave to my suprise the steel plate inside the cover was badly rusted. Just over a years time does a Samsung product starts rusting ? When i bought this product i was told that its a latest model and will easily last for a decade. I request to kindly replace the plate immediately.
Hoping for a sincere support from Samsung team as i have all the products from TV (3 nos.), Fridge, Washing Machine, AC, of Samsung. I used to believe the brand Samsung. Hope you will not dissapoint your esteem customer.

Electric cooker from Ezone — substandard product
I have brought electric cooker from e zone chinchwad outlet two months back. it works for two days & then it stop working took back to e zone they checked it & replcae the cord, it works for a day & once again stop working. I donot have that much time to go to them & get the cord every time.they cheat me & I am sure ther are plainty of like me who have been cheated by such jaint corporation.
i would prefer this complaint to read by most & stop getting cheated a like me at least. whatever we earn is hard money that should not get drained & collected by such corporations in India.
