I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre more than 10 Time after they send their tecnician to repair my TV but not repair this....

this is to inform u that i approached samsung service center in kalkaji new delhi regarding complaint of my i8510 handset for poor battery response.the rep.who attended me asked me that there is no service parts available with them for this handset but that guy manage the battery from some other handset and told me to come within 30days to get the new battery.but as of now more than 90 days has gone but i am unable to get the new battery....
