[Resolved]  Samsung Top Loading Washing Machine — poor response from the customer care

i have repeatedly made calls to samsung customer care[protected] but they are yet to solve my problem:water leaking from bottom side.they for name sake sent me a sms when ever i call stating "thankyou your problem has been fixed".but it not true.

Samsung top loading Washing Machine — Not working - Motor down

Dear Sir,

This is inform you that our fully automatic washing is not working since last week.

We continously complaing your call center and our local service center (Pune). They are not even sending any service engineer.

Whenever we are asking about the status of our complain they are not responding properly.
