Dear All. I purchased a Samsung TV 21 inch on 24/08/2008 from Anand Electronice, Govind Puri, New Delhi. After 5 months speakers is not working . I have registered the complaint in Anand Electorincs. Anand Electronic reffered the samsung TV Service Person. Service person attended the problem but he is not able to solve the problem. He assured that he forwards my case to another... I HAVE BOOKED COMPLAINT ON 4TH JAN YESTERDAY AND ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE ATTENDED ON 4TH JAN BEFORE OR BY 8PM. NEITHER IT WAS ATTENDED NOR ANY INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME.COMPLAINT NO [protected] DATED 4TH JAN 2009

Samsung — Samsung TV flat
I have bought a 29 inch TV from samsung. After nearly six months we could see some colour patches appearing on the screen... When i dialed the customer care by november end they asked me to keep other electronic equipments away from the TV. I did the same & found that there was no improvement... Then i dialled samsung & launched a complaint by the first week of december... Then a service engineer came after 4 days, he watched the TV for 5 mins & said he will come back in two days to solve this issue.. From then till today im daily dialling the samsung customer care[protected].. I could hear only excuses or their fake promises that they will send the service engineer by today or tomorrow... It is already mid of january but till now my problem is not solved & no one from samsung visited my home... Pls mail me if any one can help me out in this issueIt is the worst service i have ever come accross... This will be my last samsung product.
