[Resolved] Samsung TV — fraud Customer Care execs | |||
I have got a samsung TV, suddenly one day the screen went blank, we called a local technician who said the YOKE needs to be changed and said duplicate is the only option as original was not available with the company , we wanted to have original Samsung spare part so we called up the customer care to check the availability of YOKE, at [protected], the exec on phone was not co operative at all, finally after a few calls and heated exchanges he let us speak to a technician, MEHUL MORE came to my place to check the TV he told us that original YOKE might not be available with Samsung and company would insist on changing the picture tube and that would cost around rs.7000, when we insisted on checking with the company he said we will have to take the TV to the service station as the company would not arrange for pick up even at cost, he insisted we get the duplicate YOKE from the technician who had come earlier. with great difficulty even in the customer care we could get the original YOKE and company arranged to pick up and drop the TV. It is clear that the local service team is hand in glove with some technicians who sell duplicate parts to customers even though we insist on original parts. pl take action, for further details pl contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
