[Resolved]  Samsung TV — Tv Screen Adjustment &Customer Care Excutive Behave

Hi,

I am Sachin Sharma. I bought a Samsung TV 9 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung. Next day a service executive come to my home for cheek this TV. He says to me that the picture tube of the TV is damage. And it’s a factorial problem when this product was made. I will change this picture tube. After some days a new executive come to my home and change the picture tube when they change it the problem was same and not short out. That day I am not in home my little brother say to them that problem is not solve. They say to my brother that they do very best and gone. Then I came back to home I saw its truth that the problem was same. Then I call again to customer care. So next day a new executive came to my home and cheek. He say to me that setting was not done very well of your TV. So the settings have been done by our service center computer. Then he takes it to his service center in Faridabad. After some days I get the call from that service center for come and cheek out my TV. Next day evening I was going their and cheek. But there was a problem with TV screen alignment and color management. I says to executive that problem was not solve properly. He says to me that ok sir I will short out. Then after some day again I got the call from their. I saw their TV screen was dull and big problem with screen alignment. I say again to executive the problem is very bigger at this time. He says to me that it is our last try. So then you want to buy a LCD and use misbehaves with me. The name of executive was Ashif. He say to me that what can you do then do and many more. He uses very poor language to me.


So Sir I don’t know what I do now. Please help me Sir what can I do in this condition.

Samsung — screen adjustment

Iam B.S. Srinivasarao. I bought a Samsung TV 10 month back.. In this TV have a problem with its screen. So then I call to customer care of Samsung complaint No.[protected], dated 12.05.2011. But i Did'nt Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
I call more than 10 Times.
