[Resolved] Samsung Tv, Cs21z57 — Samsung's product and services are very bad | |||
we purchased a TV of samsung on 13.06.2010, from a shop located at jaipur, namely Mahaveer elctronics, bill no. is 43635, ph. no. is- [protected], product model no.is CS21Z57, TV was automatically offed on 29.08.2010. for which we have logged a complaint on same day on samsung call centre, wide no. [protected]. after 2 days a mechanic has reached to us, and stated its mother board is got damaged and company will replace it. after a week he come again after so many call, and replaced its mother board which is already not in working condition then he informed same to call centre. since then no one is responding on the pending matter, and not working against the complaint, neither company nor the shopkeeper. even on follow up they replied you are free to take any action. if a company cant replace / arrange product in such a big city jaipur, then how can a consumer can expect product and services at smaller places, it is shame on such a big company pls help us in resolving the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
