Samsung Microwave — Faulty product, pathetic service
Hello,I bought a Samsung Microwave from Big Bazaar, Noida on 27th Sept, 2009. It was faulty from day one. The gate dosent close properly from one side. Also, the grill emitted flames on operating. I have lodged complaint several times at the call centre (# [protected]). The service personnel visited once and said all the pieces are like that and I can operate my oven. But the next time there were flames again. Who will be responsible in case of a mishap ? I called today , too but all they say is "some senior person will call you today", which obviously never happens. Let me know what to do.
