Samsung TV — TV Dead for past 10 days | |||
I have adored samsung products up until now. My 29" TV has been dead for more than 15 days now. I lodged a complaint on June 16th and I had been given a reference number [protected]. 10 days have passed and their service team nor techician have taken efforts to even make ONE visit. On Saturday, August 25th I called and checked my status and found that they have closed the complaint. I was even assured by their supervisor that they would look into the matter on urgent basis and therefore I wasted my entire day hoping they would turn up, but as the day is coming to an end, I thought of letting others know of my frustration. I still do not know that I would get any more help from them so probably would go for a new brand who would pay attention to after service too!!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
