The issue has been resolved. The service center guys have fixed the issue and kept the TV back at my house. Thanks for hearing to the complaint and taking the appropriate action.

Samsung Flatron TV — Waiting for Repair service since 6 months
Samsung TV has a damaged picture tube and we have also called your representative but no action has been taken so far. Its been six months and we are still waiting.Regards,
