I purchased samsung U600 mobile in sept 2008 .In nov 2009 ,there was a problem in voice of incoming calls.Iwas unable to hear incoming voice.I had approached to micro services authorised samsung service centre in thane.They replaced FPCB part of mobile,after waiting long .then mobile was working ,but they did not make a mobile slider like previously. Afterworld in feb2010 the display problem appears due to crack in lcd of handset as told by the mechanic of the center.They gave estimate of Rs.1856/-to replace it.But the lcd was not available with them.I inquired on phone 3 to 4 times then after 15 days they said come to service centre lcd arrived.I visited to shop at 5 pm, they started repairing.After one hour hey said there is a critical problem it will take more time and more money,you come afterwards.While i was waiting ,i saw their behavior with customer was not good.The customers were not satisfied with their services.Everyone siting there was complaining about their service.I took my mobile and walked out from there.The authorization of the centre have to cancel as they are not satisfying customers,poor service, arrogant behavior, technically not sound and many other reasons Was this information helpful? | |
