Samsung — Washing Machine Problem

We bought a samsung washing machine on october 14 2009.we got 2 years of wa
rranty.model number is WA85VPNEC/XTL.Product serial number is W1085ZCS80033
9'M'.Last year in october we started getting problems.initially it stopped
taking in water,we called up samsung and the repairman changed the board on
the top.After that it started making alot of noise,so they told us to give
it for servicing but the problem still existed,most of the time the repair
man used to come and just say something and go.after 1 month they finally t
ook it for another servicing,the noise reduced but now there is loading and
spin problem has occured.This last servicing was done about a month back.W
e are complaining since then,so he came and changed one more part..we are a
sking for a replacement but they are not listening. Even they are not able
to sort out the recent problem and are saying that this problem cannot be s
olved and nor can this washing machine be replaced..we are frustrated and a
want a replacement.. Please help us because our warranty is goin to end.Ou
r problem is from last november 2010..
