Samsung W 299 — Disgraceful After sales Service | |
Sir/Madam, 1. I bought Samsung mobile phone model SCH-W299 from your dealer m/s. Digital World, Sardarpura, Jodhpur for my personal use on 08.07.2009. 2. There were lot of Chinese models available in the shop which would have costed me only 1/6th of the price what i had paid for the above said handset. 3. One fine morning the handset became unservicable. 4. The hand set was sent to your authorised service centre at C-9, Panchwati Colony, Jodhpur. 5. Work order no. [protected] dated 02.12.2009. 6. In last 20 days inumerable visits/enquiries has been made to check the status of the hand set. 7. After all this mental torture, I could speak to Mr. Anil Gupta on 21.12.2009 on his mobile no. [protected]. 8. I am utterly surpirised that the managers of a company like SAMSUNG doesn't have satisfactory answers or solutions of the problem of a consumer. 9. How does the company expects that the consumer would do without a moblie hand set which has become our life lines today for more than 30 days??? 10. And the agony doesn't stop here as I don't know when will I see the face of it. 11. I need answers to few questions from the company, Was it a mistake to rely on a brand then the local chinese hand sets or was it a mistake to bank on the Samsung name keeping other brands aside????
