Samsung Washing Machine 78dup — No response against request no.[protected] from last 1 and 1/2 month | |||
Dear Sir/ Mam, I had purchased Fully automated Washing Machine of Samsung Model NO.78Dup on 29-01-10 from Snehanjali Stores, Boisar. I had an issue in washing Machine regarding Power and raised an complaint on 06-OCT-2010 to snehanjali Stores, but till date the machine was not yet started. My registered BP No. is [protected]. After 2 weeks of complaint launch one vendor named Mr. Tripathi came to us and told us regd 2 possibilities either the machine will be replaced or the power socket will be replaced but till date we haven't received any feedback nor the machine is repaired. Kindly suggest me as already 1 and 1/2 month passed without any solution from them and i had a talk to the VASAI Customer care of Samsung and the person told me of much needed response on 09-NOV-2010 but till today no one came to us.
