Samsung Washing Machine - Auto 5. 8kg — machine is not working since one week

I made a complaint bearing no.[protected] on[protected] at 0915 hrs and requested to attend my complaint as d machine is not working. As my wife is not well we have to clear d one week clothes i requested them to attend at the earlieast.But, no has turned up.Again today i remainded in the morning, but, till now there is no response from ur customer care. If this is the way u treat ur custmers how can we buy any o[censored]r other products ? This is my ist.complaint after buying the machine. i bought it in Jan.,2009. Please do the needful.
