[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Issues with Samsung Customer Care team | |||
Hello, I submitted a request to Samsung Customer Care on 15-MAR-10, due to a minor water leakage on my washing machine. Representative turned-up only after a week and he said, there a leakage on the pipe inside which needs to be replaced. As per them, a request to replace the part has been ordered after that no response from them. On 28th I called them again (multiple time to get a response, min 15 calls in 1hr) and they sent another person who discovered that the issues is with drum and which needs to be replaced, there is no issue with any pipe, previous persons observation was wrong. Please note, the machine was working fine until the first person opened it except minor water leakage, that small issue become hug and they said the drum is gone !!!. I have been following up with all great customer care team and their supervisors etc.. unfortunately there is no response from them yet. I tried to call the person who visited and his manager and his lead etc numerous time however there is no response and none of them picking up the call. Now, my washing machines is not in working condition - which is completely broken by them and no response from them as well. Please advice how to get this escalated to higher management.
