[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Irresponsible service by Samsung | |
Hi, I have raised many compliants in the last few months with absolutely no proper solution. My most recent experience was a compliant that was very frustrating, I raised a comliant and the samsung engineer came to look at the issue, he appeared angry and loud. He said the drum was a tilted and he said the angle of the washing machine has to shifted and this whole episode lasted less than 5 minutes he went away. In a technology driven age, in an economy that is driven by custimer service this was the height. After a couple of weeks - i had the problem again, a compliant was raised early December 2008 and the service engineer came today (03-Mar-09) and he said the engine is not working - it is jammed. I have a record of the number of compliants I raised last year. This is ridiculous service. I am just wondering if Samsung being an international electronics manufacturing company can look at a better way in providing service to custmers. what is the course of action now. I have paid a hefty price on buying this washing machine - high end top load fully automatic washing machine. It does not serve the purpose, I don't get the support I need from the manufacturer and i am here wondering if this is how big companies take people for granted. Any help would be highly appreciated. Hi,
I have raised many compliants in the last whole month ie March 2009 with absolutely no proper solution. My most recent experience was a compliant that was very frustrating, After 4 days continuous follow up samsung engineer came to look at the issue.The issue was body of the machine get rusted within 6 months, & the whole episode of visit lasted less than 5 minutes he went away only after taking my signature on his visit report without issuing me a copy (His answer on my request for copy, is your Machine is under warrenty so you couldnot get the copy.) In a technology driven age, in an economy that is driven by customer service this was the height.
No reply after the visit within 2/3 days so Iring again to servicing Engineer & also the shop from which I purchased as Enginner answer me that Top cover is not having any warrenty & I've to pay full amount for replacemet.Even though I agree to pay the amount for replacing the covers till today service enginner didn't arrive along with the cover. Meanwhile after pressuring by the Shop keeper, same Engineer ring me for visit of inspection of the machine for covers rusted.I inform him that he is the only inspected & no further action was taken. Then his answer is he had reported to the further division& that is not his lookout to check whether the job is completed.This is very ridiculous reason.

I fully agree and supplement that I have yet to find a direct link to the manufacturer to lodge my frequent complaints from my HLFAWashing Macine that is repeatedly giving trouble and the service center at Farida Bad is, perhaps, callous, and or incompetent or incapable to attend to the complaints. The current problem lodged vide BP. No: [protected] lodged on 9/6/09 has not so far been responded even on phone, what to say of attention to our complaint, despite of daily reminders to BPO. The attendents at BPO, S/Sh. Anshul, Ankush, Harish who were reminded expressed helplessness except escalating reminders to the service centre. This is the second such occasion. In case still there is NO response, the matter shall be given to Press & will be filed before the Consumer Forum at the cost & expenses of the Company Er. i am in trichy... i purchased fully automatic top loading washing machine in jainsons trichy...from the purchasing the machine was not working properly... upto the one year warranty period, the jainsons men attending properly but each and every time they came and didnt given a good solution for my washing machine repairs.. after the warranty period they not giving response for my problems but still my washing machine not working in proper manner from the date of purchasing??????????

Samsung/Washing Machine Top Load — No response from Samsung service
Hi,Recently I have purchased washing machine from one of the samsung outlet in Bangalore. After 5 months I used machine, washing machine filter case was broken inside the machine while washing the cloths.
I called 7 to 8 times to service center on[protected]. since no responce from the samsung service people. Since 10 days I am following it up with service guys. But no responce till now. They have given BP number [protected].
Could somebody help me to get resolved my problem

Service center promised me that they will personlly come and give me a cost proposal and then they did not turn up. They said nthey would come and collect the macing on 20-mar-09. I am still waiting for someone to show up. I spoke to the customer care and he is disconnecting the line in the middle. Both customer care and service center are so lethargic, unprofessional and without any solution. At the end of the day I as a customer have spent my valauable time, ach call that I have wth samsung goes on for about 60 - 90 minutes. All this costs time and time costs money and over and above thereis a lot of frustration.
