[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — water filter
I have purchased Samsung 6.2kg model no. wa82v4g at Kakinada authorised dealer recently. I would like to notice two problems. One is you have provided Water filter, very nice, but forgot to provide a tool to pull out when the machine noticed "check filter" message. As you are aware it is difficult to pull out such a small piece and neither sufficient space to keep our fingers nor sufficient carriage to pull out. I suggest you to make a suitable Handle on the top of the filter itself in your coming pieces and for me you provide a suitable hook (either metal or plastic) which can not spoil the piece(filter) at the earliest by post. Second one is there is no wheels to move the machine one place to another, because in all towns and cities unless you have a own house it is difficult to keep it neither bath rooms nor in balcony permanently. I advise you to keep wheels at the bottom and arrange button to come out when required to move the machine and settle inside when not required in the stands inlet to fix the stand while using and not to give jurks . I hope I am correct the reason you have not provided wheels not to shake the machine while using because of vibration. Was this information helpful?
