[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — No response from company customer care regarding repair and then refund of washing machine | |
Dear Sir, 1. I purchased Samsung washing machine model WA82HAG/XTL 6.2 Kg for Rs .12730 from Nasik on 01 Feb 2006. Since I am in Army I have got posetd to Jhansi. 2. On 23 Jul 09 the same machine stopped working. I gave the complaint to cust care at Jhansi and Technitians came in 2 days. They told me that PCB of the machine needs replacement and it will come within a week. 3. After 1 week I called up cust care but PCB was not received by them. They told me to call up after 1 wk. After 2 wk they told me that company has stopped making PCB of the same model and now copany will give me refund of the machine after reducing the amount of depriciation. 4. Now more than 4 months have gone but there is no responce from customer care jhansi. Mean while i had registered my complaint on samsung official website on 19 aug 09 because of no responce from Customer care at Jhansi. The BP no of complaint is [protected]. But the centralised call centre does nothing but inform defuncked customer care at Jhansi only to solve my problem. 5. Pl help Me in this regard and advice further action. SAMSUNG/ WASHING-MACHINE — Regarding Repairing of Washing-Machine
My washing-machine is out of order for last one month. I complained to the company service centre at BLYyet no attention was paid then I got my complaint regestered at Cust.Care( No.[protected])on 14th Feb.2010 yet no redressal so far inspite of making phone calls almost daily.I feel badly treated n deceived by company n it's people. i m having samsung wa82 hag washing machine. prior to expiry of warrenty period machine was working nicely. last week it stopped functioning. i made a complaint to the customer care no [protected] vide complaint no BP NO. [protected] dt 03 mar 10. samsung mechanic inspected the machine and told the PCB is unserviceable and it can't be rectified. since company has stopped its production no repair can be done. this machine is now like a drum. nothing can be done. this is a cheating by the samsung to the customer. if they can't provide the aftersale service and looting the customers they should not sale the products. even i m not satisfied with the mobile phone of samsung.
Hi I have Samsung Washing Machine WA82HAG/XTL purchased in Oct 2006 from Noida - this is third time PCB has gone bad - it has gone to hang mode now and Samsung technician visited today but now commenting that company has stopped making this washing machine PCB. I again called up customer care and has promised a solution for this problem. If not, I am going to take this up to Consumer forum. This is not expected out of big company as Samsung.

I purchased Samsung washing machine model WA80TAL 6.2 Kg Visakhapatnam in the month of Jan 2008. at Sowdarya digital mall, Visakhapatnam -2.
On 06 Jan 2010 the same machine stopped working. I gave the complaint to cust care at Visakhapatnam and Technitian Sri Venkatesh came and he told me that PCB of the machine needs replacement and it will come within a week.Immediatly I meet Sri Srinivasa rao who is incharge of service unit and express my deficultly. He said that, and make it work within 10 days.I belived his words and I have full faith on him, He is nice man and nice dealing with custmers. ( I had an exprience with samsung frige).
After 10 days I called up cust care but PCB was not received by them. They told me that the service centre for washing machine given to some body who manager is Mr.Barathkumar. He.did not given any correct information regarding this. He said that " we call you after receiveing PCB" ( when it will come? nobody knows)
Now date is 9-2-10. that is 34 days completed for my complient.
If you are not in a position to do service to your products, please stop it. we will go for another compiny products. But dont spoile the good will on your products.
