[Resolved]  Samsung / Washing Machine — Worst After Sales Service

Dear All

I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine on 15 Oct 2009. Now, there is an issue of imbalance which was highlighted to the Samsung customer care and the customer care forwarded it to Samsung Service centre, Nasik (Shree Ganesh Electronics) on 20 Jan 2010. However the service engineer rather I would call him a joker had visited my place same day saying that it will be relaced on the next working day. After 2 days when I called up (The call never came from the samsung side) to take the feedback, they asked me 2 more days for it to replace since the part needs to be ordered, I Accepted it. After 2 days when I once again called up they once again promised me after 2 days.

After 3 days one more joker arrived to replace the part. The highlight of the day is that THE JOKER ARRIVED WITH THE WRONG PART and trying to fix it. WOW what a fantastic service SAMSUNG INDIA is providing. The Engineer is not even much educated that which part is suitable for it. Now I am calling the customer care since 3 days and there is no response from them. Everytime I call them they say that they are going to call me with the feedback (Makinig Wrong Promises).

The only request and wanted to highlight to all the citizens that this company is looting the customers by producing low quality products for which you dont the proper service also. As the samsung core philosophy says that
"To devote our talent and technology to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better global society."

I Suggest Samsung to change its Philosophy to "To devote our Stupid Technology for creating 3rd grade products and worst services that contribute to a better global society."

SAMSUNG/ Washing Machine — DUE TO NEXT I CANCELLED MY TRAIN

I purchased a SAMSUNG washing machine on 04.05.2011, on 12 noon, in west tambaram branch ph [protected] and i said iam going to my native on 05.05.2011 morning 11'0 clock train so make delevired within 04.04.2011, the manager also told maximum it will delivered in evening, but till 7.30 it's not came , i call to manager, he told it's on the way, till 8.30it's not came, then again i call when he hear my voice at the moment he disconnect and swith off till today morning 10a.m , because of NEXT i cancelled my train, i really disappointed with NEXT showroom..........
