Dear Sir, i Nihal Singh, R/o 713/11 NH-4, Faridabad (Haryana) Mobl. No. [protected], i was purchased Air Condition of Sumsung Model No. 182KA from M/s Electronic Traders, 2&3, Shiv Mandir, Market No.5, NIT Faridabad-121001. This Air Condition is not working last 15 days i have logged the complaint on dated 09.08.2008 at Sumsung Complaint Center telephone No. 30308282 and they have issue me a complaint no. [protected], but till date they are not repaired / exchange my Aircondition and not any response of my telephonic message as well as e-mail message. You are therefore requested to kindly takeup the matter at his level and solve my problem. You are now the summer season is passing and we are face very problme due to this.

Air Conditioner — AIR CONDITION IS NOT WORKING

I HAVE PURCHASED WIRLPOOL AIRCONDITION IN THE YEAR 2009 . BUT THAT IS NOT WORKING NOW . I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAIN TO THE COMPANY TOLL FRE NOS[protected], VIDE MY PHONE NO [protected] IN THE NAME PRAKASH CHOPRA,HYDERABAD. BUT TILL MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.

    Dear sir,

    i have a samsung mp3 player which is a gift to me
    from my friend's brother in low. It's model is "yp-u3zp".

    But now im facinng some problem in my player.
    When i put this in USB port on my computer, it showing some message on its display (ie:logval=0x[protected], i cant switch on it and my computer doesn't detect this.

    when i went to our nearest samsung service centr, they asked international warranty card and purchase bill but i dont have these things i already said its a gift but they reject this and said me they cant do anything without that documents.
    i just asked i[censored] repaire it, ill pay for that, they said they cant repaire it. its an imported piece.now what can i do sir to repaire it.

      We Have Puchased Samsung AC Split in a bulk. 1of them are not working
      from last 15 days. We have Informed many times to our nearest service center Gwalior (MP)
      .But necessary action has not been taken by the Samsung service center.This is a subject of Regrete.

      We purchased Samsung Split AC in 2005 December. In December 20008, the ac got spoilt and the person who came to check informed that PCB was spoilt. The complaint # was [protected] and was lodged on 10/12/2008. When asked the service centre in Mangalore the answer given was that the PCB sent from B'lore broke and a new one is being asked . Such a well known company takes this long to send the spare parts???? I am amazed at the after sales service.I now request that the indented part be sent at the earliest so that I need not take any further action.It is also mentioned that the senoir officers are unavailabe on the phone or they hang up. Hope your customer care service is spruced up.

      you are absolutely right I purchase Samsung AC before two months the ac got spoilt and the person who came to check informed that PCB was spoilt.The complaint attendant promised me that we will change the PCB with in two days but this is a totally fake statement because the PCB are out of stock, now we are waiting for new PCB.

      Ac is not working properly from[protected] ac have tripping problem & can't cooling .I was call your service centre & service centre charge me 2000 rs at the time of repair due to gas leakage.but after 5 days i was face the same problem again
      ac was tripping again and again then i was call yout service centre but they cannot come to see my ac.
      and now in this month ac is creating same problem . ac is tripping again & again, i think some problem in the compressor.please change my compressor if any problem in the compressor.

      i have purchased samsung split a c 15 days earlier. got repaired 5 days back. so far i have not call for the complaint i made.i have made several remainder calls for the complaint but the service is so poor. service guys talking filthy words. really got fed with their response for the customer purchased a product with 32000.

      samsung ac — ac not working

      i have bought a samsung window ac last year on 11/7/2009 from last few months its compressor is not working i iodged complaint many times but there is not a satisfactory result tecnicion came and just tried to befool me if samsung cannot solve my problem then why should not they take away there useless product

      Up till now our complaint has not been attended. Whenever we call customer care, we just get one reply that engineer will come to replcae the part within one hour.

        It will be more apt to address myself as a victim of Samsung rather than a customer of Samsung.

        It all began with my purchase of Samsung CTV at Sakshe Electronics - T.Nagar - Chennai - Tamilnadu on 4th July 2008.

        I was happy that time unknowing the bitter consequences of this purchase in which a Samsung CTV along with a manufacturing defect was delivered to me.
        Please look into the copy of my previous mail enclosed herewith for your reckoning.

        I have been calling and mailing your service center repeatedly but in vain. All my patient efforts to make you people realize and resolve my request has failed miserably. I never expected such ruthless, reckless, negligence and breach of trust from Samsung service that too for all fault of yours by delivering me a CTV with a manufacturing defect. Loss of money, harassment, negligence and breach of trust by your service center has put me to severe stress and mental agony.

        I no more hope or look forward for any positive gesture from your service center. In remembrance of this sour experience from Samsung Iam planning to organize a burial ceremony for the CTV you supplied me. Being a popular journalist myself, Iam inviting the entire news media to this event to be held at the Kannammapettai Burial Ground which is very famous in Chennai. It would be grandeur if your Head-Customer Services who is not having a minimum courtesy to acknowledge my previous mail, could participate and grace this ceremony.

        Please inform me your convenient date and time, so as to make further arrangements.
        Hope you will cooperate well atleast for this final ceremony of the 'Late Samsung CTV'.

        I have purchased Samsung CTV – CS29Z57MV from Samsung's exclusive showroom M/s.Sakshe Electronics, T.Nagar, Chennai on 04/07/08.

        The same has been delivered to my place on 05/07/08. Delivery boys unpacked the TV, plugged in for checking on/off and said ok. But I could notice a spill on one of the sides of TV. When it was enquired, I was asked to contact service center.

        The complaint has been booked immediately through your service center by me. The complaint Reg. No. is [protected]. One Mr.S.R.Murugesan attended the complaint within 2 days and he told us the backpanel of the TV cabinet has a manufacturing defect The assembling screw holes have been enlarged and this spare has to be replaced by the sales dealer. (Sakshe Electronics). He has promised me to bring in the new spare within a week.

        The above said has happened before 10/07/08. After which in spite of numerous calls and reminders my complaint has not been solved till date (18/09/08). Week after week excuses and silly reasons have been told to me for not solving this complaint. I have lost my patience with this problem.

        Pl help me to do care to provide needed remedy immediately.

        4. Informed Service Centre and booked a complaint as per the instruction given by the delivery staff: 7th July 08
        5. Engineer Mr.Murugesan attended the complaint & promised me to replace with a new one
        6. The above has happened before: 10th July 08
        7. Service center executives telling excuses: till 17th September 08 week after week & the problem has not been solved
        8. Again complained through internet: 18th September 08
        9. Spoken to Chennai customer care: 18th September 08, executive Ms.Vanitha & she said that their Head will speak to me
        10. None of them had called: till 29th September 08
        11. Once again complained about this to: 30th September 08 customer care executive Ms.Hepsiba
        12. She said that they will exchange/replace: 30th September 08 the TV and their Head will speak to me
        13. Nobody had spoken and the problem : 4th October 08 is not solved till date
        14. Again called and enquired to customer care (to MR.Rajesh) and getting excuese once again.//

        Samsung Television — circuit board removed and absconded by service person

        We registered a complaint with the Samsung complaint booking call centre and they sent a Engineer by name Gopinath ( Mobile: [protected]) to attend the complaint on our Television 29" model. He removed the circuit Board and said it needs to be serviced in their service centre and will repair and put it back in two days. A month has gone and there is no proper response from the guy when called, he says he met with an accident while taking the circuit board and the board is damaged in the accident. Now his mobile number is also not reachable. we are very much upset with the kind of service that samsung provides to its customers and immediate action needs to be taken to build customer satisfaction. We are clueless whom to be contacted for further action.
        Sir, I have purchaged samsung Tv(21") on diwali (29 Oct 2008)from Golden Electronics, Ladwa, Distt-Kurukshetra(Haryana) but there is huge sound coming from TV.I have complained many time to dealer but his responce was almost nil.I want to change my TV set.I no more hope or look forward for any positive gesture from your service center. Please reply me if you want that I will not take any other step.

        as for i was using samsung window air conditioner .
        it has got some faults and was not properly working now.
        i called the customer services and complainted about the faults.
        two persons were came for service and they did service and i spent
        huge money for service. but within a week it was not working.
        too bad performance.again i called customer services and complainted
        about the service. but those peoples were not responding me properly.
        and saying our persons will come for service.. but til no one has came.
        i was calling often eventhough no response from customer service. wat shal i do.
        kindly help me out.past one week i was calling but no responce.
        if this situation exceeds i would surely take a severe action on customer service on samsung.do u think we are a fool to call u often.try to give a solution

        Samsung Television — T.V. not working from last one month and nobody visits us to repair

        Hi,
        I m Sanjaya resident of 18 b shalimaar enclave kamla nagar Agra.
        This is to bring in your knowledge that i am highly dissatisfied with the services provided by Samsung. Last year i purchased Samsung TV, Washing Machine, Refrigrator & Mobile because i thought its a good brand and i will not have any service issue in future but now i have come to know that services of Samsung are more poor than a local company.

        My TV set stopped working on 01-Oct-10 i made a call to call centre and informed about this as per the issue was supposed to be resolved in 24-48 hours but nobody visited our place, again we called up to the call centre and took number of service centre of Samsung in Agra and try to contact them. After several follow ups finally somebody visited our place on 17-Oct-10 and check the TV and informed us that he is not able to find the correct problem and probably IC of TV is not working first he will have to change the IC. We said ok to change the IC but neither person was not carrying the IC and nor it was available in Service Centre. Person said us to get back with the IC in next 3 days but didn’t turned up. We again made call at call centre and requested for status but no status was available. We requested to executive to speak to some senior person but as per executive all of the seniors were busy and responding to his transferred call, again we called up call centre to k! now the status but again executive said the same thing that all the seniors are busy currently and they will call back us in 2 hours. Since last 20 days we trying to speak to anyone senior but all of them are this much busy that even can’t make a call back despite of giving commitment that they will call back in 2 hours.

        Since last 15 days I am waiting for solutions but in revert I have not received even a call. Seems 30 days are too less for repairing a TV for such a big brand like Samsung and customers of Samsung should wait for atleast 2 months to get their products repaired.

        All i want request now is this please do take some action against them and ask them to take our telvision back from us as a gift.

        Samsung Television — Negligence of customer support

        I had given a complaint to the samsung customer care that my T.V is dead on 8th of july 2011 and since then i have been called them wasting my time and money for 5-6 times and they have been telling the same story engineers will call but no sight of engineers these fellows are not coming and neglecting customers.Just think when we buy products and then we don't get service at time then what we can do just quit that bloody product.Samsung must verify my complaint see that how its employees are deteriorating its image.

          It is not cooling proberly and water leakage kindly rectify the same or change the
          matterial.I have made a complaint on 16the feb. out complaint no is B394.
          Kindly take immediate action. .Already I have purchased samsung product of TV and washing machine. It is woking very well.Not only I have purchased My three friends also purchased u r product. because of Quality matterial. Thanks.

            I purchased a Samsung C170 mobile in May'08. The mobile stopped working in July 08 as is was not taking charge. The Service centre takes more than 15 days to fix the problem. So people should think twice before buying a Samsung Mobile. After 20 days the company says that it would take 10 days more. Work Order No. is 7260 dated 30-07-08 at Samsung Perfect Care Services at Faridabad.
            People should think twice before buying a Samsung mobile as service time is 15-30 days.
            I bought Mobile Phone Type J700 on 19April2008, from Wave-tel outlet at 65/23 CP Ramaswamy Rd, Alwarpet, and have had trouble from day one. Staff pass on blame to comm service providers. After much fault elimination (done by me!)and several days time loss, Wave-tel staff grudgingly sent phone to samsung Service Centre. Soaftware in the instrument was reportedto be defective, and to hv bn replaced.
            Problem now recurring. Same un-cooperative attitude of Wave-tel staff.
            Please do not patronize this vendor.

              This is sowjanya, I have purchased a Samsung mobile SGH M610 on 3rd Aug 2008 from Sangeeta mobiles, Himayat nagar, Hyderabad and my mobile display has broken as it was fell down. I have contacted Samsung customer care at Ameerpet branch, Hyderabad on 23rd Aug 2008 and they informed me that SGH-M610 display is out-of-stock at that particular branch till date and said that they will raise purchase order for it. I visited customer center after two weeks, they asked me to register online customer request. I have registered request on 27th Sept 2008 and reference number is WA[protected]. It has been more than a week still I have not received any response from them.



              It is very poor service to the customers, which Samsung is providing just to replace a simple display part. I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and dispatch the display to Ameerpet service center, Hyderabad.

                Would you please help me against the fradulant act of M/S Samsung Electronics India Pvt Ltd. The Samsung Customer Care call centre Daily makes a reply "the engineer will reach today", when calling against Complaint no [protected]. dt 26.09.2008. It is now the 11th day to lodge my complaint for an under warranty replacement of Samsung Monitor 16 inches TFT.
                The monitor is totally out of service and not working at all.The above referred monitor was presented at Samsung Service Centre Varanasi for an under warranty replacement against manufacturing defect on 06.10.08. But the monitor was not accepted by Samsung Service Centre at Varanasi under warranty claim. They even refused to receive the copy of complaint letter addressed to them. The Centre incharge Mr Abdul Samid refused to visit the customer. It was brought to the notice of the complainant by Samsung Service Centre Varanasi that the Noida Call Centre of "Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd" has manupulated the complaint to make it for a music system and the warranty is not made good by them. Samsung Service Centre Varanasi also denied for any on line service from their end. As such the customer is placed at a monetory loss and mental tension.
                The customer is now left with no alternate except to refer the matter into competent court of legal action for compensation of all damages and losses.

                I had bought Samsung TFT 16" inches Monitor on 24th October, 2008 from Vipin Imports Pvt.Ltd.

                The problem is that the display on the screen is on 13"inches only rather than full 16" inches display.

                Kindly advise or suggest what to do.

                  I bought a Color T.V. from Next Retail Shop, Sector-31, Gurgaon on 24-Aug-08.. Since first day it was a deffective set. The problem was remote stops working after sometimes. Even after continously registering complaints to customer support Telephone Numbers, sevaral emails and personal calls to Service Engineers of Samsung problm is not being attended.Now it is more than 45 days and problem is still pending. I have very bitter experince with Samsung products and advice anyone not to buy Samsung product if one needs proper after sales support services becuase your product will not be serviced and you will get only mentally tartured as you have to leave with your deffective Samsung Product forever.
                  I agree with the complaints. Samsung support is hopeless.

                  This is Bring in Kind Notice that I have been purchased an T.V. of Samsung from one of your Retailer at Bhopal M.P. name is Tarang Electronics Branched at New Market T.T. Nagar, I have Paid there 14000/- approx amount and I was commited to serve upto 1year for any kind of problem...

                  Just 1 Day passed to the Purchased Date the Television was not Woking at its actual level, Problem is that the screen of television is wougling and makind some chill like sound as some fire is going inside the instrument, there is etremely bad image that iam watching after paying full amount for full vision..

                  For which I have made complaint atleast 10 times to Tarang Electronics and your customer care too but there were no proper response, an executive has visited at my home commited that the problem would be resolved soon, but never came back. Compalint No is [protected]. As I have heard that Sumsung is one of the Best Electronics service Provider in the World, but as long as I have been the CM of your company it has never been felt like that.

                  Requesting you resolve my Problem either revert back my money as Soon as possible so that there could not be any bad mouth like me for big company like this.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I bought a Samsung MAX handset from a eIT-Mart, Nashik on 05/05/2008 within 2 week my mobile gives me a problem with Camara. When i want to capture images the mobile goes hang. sometimes it takes very long time to load the camara, after that it gives a message "No Sensor" at that time i am unable to capture our precious moments for what purpose i purchased the handset.

                    I go to the dealer eIT-Mart, Nashik from where I purchased the Handset, the dealer Check the problem at there shop, the problem is still there, so he suggest me to visit the Samsung Authorised Service Center, which is Shree Ganesh Electronics, Myselft visit to the Service Center I show the Handset to the Service Center, but when I come to Service Center at that time the Camara captured a Images, so the Service Center Person says that there is no problem in the handset. While before reaching to the Service Center appox. 15 minutes before the Handset gives the Problem to goes Hang at dealer shop, & after 15 Minutes it works. How it is possible ?? ( i have no time to go to the Service Center every 1-2 days when Handset gives the Problem)

                    I have faced too much mental & physical trouble due to the Handset I purchased. I purchased the Samsung Handset because of ITS NAME IN THE GLOBAL MARKET AS WELL AS IN INDIAN MARKET, BUT I THINK I WAS WRONG ???
                    I am completely not satisfied with the Product I purchased.

                    So, I requested you to kindly solve my problem by replacing the old Handset with NEW HANDSET & MAKE ME SATISFIED. Otherwise Pl. do not force me to take further actions, it is difficult to both to face the further action. This is my humble request.

                    Bought a window Ac 2 years ago. Gas has leaked now. The comprssor has the problem and the workman ship of the unit is not up to the mark.Overall the components used are not of good quality and hence the problem just in 2 years compared to other brands which run flawlessly for 10 yrs and above.

                    Co is asking for gas refilling charges which are nt justified as the problem is with the unit and its failure.

                    Up to 5 yrs no gas filling charges need to be paid till the compressor is under warranty
                    it is really disappointing to know that being such a big brand you have a hopeless after sales service.i bought a 2 door fridge from samsung and made a complaint last year on 26/05/07.since then i have been calling samsung cus care regularly.its been over a year and the problem couldnt be solved.my complaint no. in india is [protected].there have been more than 20 people who have visited my house and everytime they say they will get the part but so far nothing has happened.i am now fed up with the thing.please i want u to look in to the matter.

                      It is the 10th day to lodge my complaint wherein my complaint remains unsolved.A Samsung monitor carrying a breakage line was fradulantly sold to me by the authorised dealers of M/S Samsung India Electronics.It was sold to me by M/S Cost to Cost computer, New Delhi on 28 April 2008 for Rs. 7390 =00 via invoice / Money receipt number M-RI/10734.Repeatedly my complaint is being read by the Samsung service centres as a complaint for a music system and none of the engineers attended to my complaint for a TFT Monitor.The customer appears to be defrauded by a false warranty for the product.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchased samsung mobile model = sgh-e250d on 26/01/08 from mittal electronics(authorised dealer) from pathankot(punjab) vide invoice no- 1171.
                        On august'08 the handset starts with following problems such hanging, auto on-off, keypad not functioning etc.
                        I registered complaints with local samsung service centre at pathankot with following above complaints to concern person mr saini. After 10 days i get my handset back from service centre.
                        I am doing job at jammu, so i collect my handset from service centre & then come to Jammu .
                        After 3 days only the handset starts again with following problems of hanging, auto on-off, keypad not functioning, & now new problem of sliding.
                        Again on 03/09/08, I registerd complain at quik services(authorised samsung service centre) with work order no -8g/q/0332 and claim no - [protected], but today after 33 days of complaint registered not a single response i get from them.
                        After that 3 times we have talked with toll free no. with mr Urooj & mr Ashish & third name i got forget at present, with complaint at customer care is [protected]. They assured us that the concerned person will contact us with in 72 hours but no response.
                        Also I get contact no of mr rahul malhotra (asm - samsung mobile - [protected]). I contacted him with following problems, he commit me that he will rectify my problem with in 1-2 days. But today 10 days are over not a single call from rahul malhotra . From last 3 days i am regularly calling to mr rahul malhotra but he dont bother to pick my call.

                        I am totally harrased both economically & mentally by samsung mobile from last 2 month & 5 days. Mobile phone is compulsory in my job profile due to which i have purchased this mobile. Due to non- availability mobile with me my job is also at danger .

                        At last i want to request you that i dont want samsung mobile back, i want my payment refund. plz help me.

                            21'' SAMSUNG CO. T.V. purchase from JAGOTA ELECTRONIC, MODEL TOWN in 2000 [model other perticulars feeded in their computer ]
                            On 12.sep.2008, we complained in their customer care center ph. no.[protected] for some minor colour problem [to avoid major fault] under complaint no- [protected]...
                            They send their executive Mr. Santosh Jha, he tell us call me in my cell no.[protected] when colour problem arises after switched off T.V., next morning we do the same. He came and take away full plate we object for this as because once before 4/5 years once co. executive repair on the spot. He told us this model is being old so parts are not with me it can be repair only at our workshop. Next day he came and fitted and demand Rs.850/ my mrs. paid him and watching the progress of T.V. but within some moment the sound of T.V.is gone then he again remove the plate and take with him and told after repairing this I will give you final receipt. My mrs. object for this.. that sound problem was not in our T.V. as before so we will not pay for this...we are waited but he did not came back...and not receiving our call in cell..
                            Then we again complained in above ph no under above complaint no..
                            ...Narrated.. all the facts to them.. they said us ur plate is in our workshop and parts r not available, u will get soon. but on 30th sep, we received a call from a executive of their service centre(pitampura) named Madan Mohan. He talked with my mrs. in very abused language.. and told us that Mr. Santosh Jha is a fraud person and no more working with us. So why u allow him to repair ur T.V and paid him? My mrs. told him we complaint at ur service center and they people him, that is their responsibility to send genuine person.
                            After knowing this, we contacted Mr.Dinesh Behl(senior person) no[protected] at pitampura service center. He said ur T.V parts are not with us and told us we can't do anything for Mr.Santosh Jha's matter.. and not treat or guide us properly. But customer care center executives told us, ur plate is in our workshop.
                            Atlast.. we contacted to the head office (Nehru place).. concerned person named Mr. Kalam Singh no-[protected] on behalf of Mr.Karan Sobti no-[protected] on 3rd oct..
                            He assured us to take this matter on monday (6-oct)..

                              The company do not pay attention to the customer complaint. I Logded my first complain on 2/6/8 with the local service centre. The said that some part under warranty is to be changed. It will be attended in a day or two. On 19/6/8 i lodged the complain with their helpline system. Since I have lodged 26 complains but no body has attended the problem. I intend to go to consumer forum.
                              The washing machine isn't using the detergent powder used. The samsung incapable technicians come and go without giving any remedy. Keeping technicians of this caliber is a shame to the company which is said to be so renowned.Five technicians have come and failed to give any solution. The joke of the century is that the samsung technicians/engineers tell us to keep tilting the machine till the detergent powder is used. We regret for buying products of samsung. When we complained to the head office, we were assured that action would be taken. But alas, no solution has been given.
                              I lodged complaint vide No.[protected] on[protected] but till date it has not been attended . on enquiry there is excuse for non availability of spare parts. the washing machine in under warranty period.
                              My complains no is [protected]. at 11.12.08 I complains customer care for my washing m/c dryer have few problem. At 13.12.08 service engineer visit our home phone no [protected]. he change our Motor and oil sill. That time we try to stop him for changing the motor. That time he informs us that after two days he remove the motor and re feet our old motor. But after then he inform us that at present it can’t possible.

                              So I inform your organization. Pls take bake your new motor and re feet my old motor. And return my amount, because till I can’t use my washing machine, .because new motor can’t run properly. It’s a over size motor.
                              I fully agree that after sale service of Samsung is very poor. They never attend/hardly attend complain after repeted reminder.
                              Most of my household products are samsung. Initially, their aftersales service of the same was excellent and that was one of the major reasons why I bought all their products -Fridge, A/C's, washing machine mobile phones and music system. I agree now that Samsung after sales services is extremely poor - don't know what went wrong - must be a change in management. They better buck up their services if they don't want to loose their place in this wide market. Definitely will not recommend a samsung product to any one or buy one again!! Bad experiences!

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                Myself Nilesh D. Parkhe purchase a New Samsung Mobile from Subhiksha Trading(Mulund) on the date 20/07/2008. Also My mobile IMEI /RSN No. is [protected] Model Samsung SGH - B200. After one month my mobile giving problem in LCD. After the problem occurs I gave the mobile to repair at Authorised SAMSUNG Service Centre (KRISH ELECTRONICS) Thane. But after one month period they had not repaired my mobile as mobile is in the warranty. When I took the Mobile on 27/09/2008 from there service centre as they told me it is repaired. But after Half an Hour same problem is occurs. Then I again returned the mobile in same service centre. But from that day They didn't called me and not given any response against my mobile repairing process. I also told them that my one and half month warranty is over in your service centre only. And I also contact SAMSUNG about this matter. But they also not provide any good service or nor given any response against my mobile. And I also waste my money to make calls to service centre regarding repairing process. Pls look into the matter immediately as my mobile is in the warranty.

                                Pls do the needful.

                                  I hereby would like to express my grievance towards Samsung Company – provider of the handset, its approach towards customer service and its authorized service centre "Mariam Electronics Services (P), BV 65, sector 8, Noida who are not customer friendly or professional to treat its customer.

                                  My father has purchased the Samsung handset model no SGH- J150 from N.M. Trading Corporation, Buttler Plaza- Bareilly, on the 22/6/08 with 1 year warranty. The IMei No is [protected]. He gifted me that set. Just after the purchase within one month the LCD Screen stopped working. It got the problem of visibility. Nothing was displayed on the screen at the time of incoming or outgoing calls or Messages. Neither I could see the contact numbers which were stored in the set and was very important and would be required at the time of emergency as well. The screen was simply blank and not functioning.

                                  On 18 th August, 2008, my brother Sandeep Saluja went to the authorized service station in Noida at the address " Samsung Service Centre, Ganga Shopping Complex, Sector-29, Noida to get it checked. The Executive of the service centre told that the LCD screen of the set is damaged and has to be replaced by the service centre. The set is in warranty period. He issued a work order no: WA[protected] on 18th August and given the receipt issued by Mariam Electronics Services (P), B-65, sector 8, Noida. The executive said that the LCD screen has to be replaced and we will repair it and give back your handset within a week's time..

                                  After a week's time he again went to the service station on 25th August, 2008 but the executive said that its not repaired yet as the parts (LCD screen) is not available. And since then he visited around 10 times and every time the executive repeats the about the non availability of the Parts ( LCD Screen) and gave the false commitment and called my brother every week and again repeating the same excuse of PARTS NOT AVAILABLE. He has visited the service station 10 times till date to get that handset but the service centre is so irresponsible to get it done. I really have a very bad experience with the service provider as they do not give any importance to the time and money a person is spending to get the work done and the loss which I suffered in my work due to non availability of my cell. We have spend so much of time and money in traveling and visiting to the service station every week to get the handset back but due to false commitment and no response from the service station executive we have suffered a lot.


                                  Now till date which is one and a half months time with the regular follow-up through visits and phone calls (with no revert back) with the executive of Samsung service centre at Noida, I had not received the set but the wrong commitment daily with them. Infact no any one is giving me the updated status. As per the executive I can get my handset only after DIWALI.


                                  I had been going through the mental harassment from the last one and a half month because of the Samsung handset provider and there service provider" 'Marina Electronics Services'. When I did not get any satisfactory response from the service station, I called up at the customer care of Samsung also on 22 nd September, They said they will revert back within 24 hours and given me a customer complaint no: [protected] but till now I did not get any response from them as well.

                                  Nevertheless I feel that we have chosen the wrong service provider and the worst ever handset, and definitely not refer anyone to buy this.


                                  I would like to file my complaint against and SAMSUNG and request the Consumer forum to get the handset replaced by the new one as I hardly used that handset and due to the fault of the company I have to suffer a lot in my work as well.

                                  Please help me in this case. In case require any bill or document, let me know of the same.

I really have a very bad experience with the service provider as they do not give any importance to the time and money a person is spending to get the work done and the loss which I suffered in my work due to non availability of my cell. We have spend so much of time and money in traveling and visiting to the service station every week to get the handset back but due to false commitment and no response from the service station executive we have suffered a lot.


                                  Now till date which is one and a half months time with the regular follow-up through visits and phone calls (with no revert back) with the executive of Samsung service centre at Noida, I had not received the set but the wrong commitment daily with them. Infact no any one is giving me the updated status. As per the executive I can get my handset only after DIWALI.


                                  I had been going through the mental harassment from the last one and a half month because of the Samsung handset provider and there service provider" ‘Marina Electronics Services’. When I did not get any satisfactory response from the service station, I called up at the customer care of Samsung also on 22 nd September, They said they will revert back within 24 hours and given me a customer complaint no: [protected] but till now I did not get any response from them as well.

                                  Nevertheless I feel that we have chosen the wrong service provider and the worst ever handset, and definitely not refer anyone to buy this.


                                  I would like to file my complaint against and SAMSUNG and request the Consumer forum to get the handset replaced by the new one as I hardly used that handset and due to the fault of the company I have to suffer a lot in my work as well.

                                  same problem of my sum mob sgh 600 LCD screen is not work.LCD Screen stopped working. It got the problem of visibility. Nothing was displayed on the screen at the time of incoming or outgoing calls or Messages. Neither I could see the contact numbers which were stored in the set and was very important and would be required at the time of emergency as well. The screen was simply blank and not functioning. i went to the authorized service station in Noida at the address " Samsung Service Centre, Ganga Shopping Complex, Sector-29, Noida to get it checked.

                                  My name is Mohit Upmanyu.I had purchased a SAMSUNG Beat270 (MOBILE) from Muzaffarnagar and its earpiece was not working well from the begning, so i went to samsung service centre which is in Noida to remove that problem it is under guarantee period but they do nothing, they just ask me to come next week from last 2 weeaks.After 2 week’s time i again went to the service station but the executive said that its not be repaired yet as the parts (Speaker) is not available.

                                  So then i went to samsung service centre which is in Muzaffarnagar and i don't know what he did but now my phone is switched off from that period & he just said that to show it to any NCR service centre.. please help me out i had puchased it 1 months ago and i m facing too much problem without my handset because all the contacts are there in it are very important for my business but the service centre dont gives me any response please solve my problem.

                                  I hereby would like to express my grievance towards Samsung Company – provider of the handset, its approach towards customer service and its authorized service center Sector 27, Noida who are not customer friendly or professional to treat its customer.

                                  Myself purchased the Samsung Corby handset model no B3210 Chrome from Hot Spot Shop No.110, Ganga Shopping Complex Sector-29 Noida, on the 12/5/10 with 1 year warranty. Just after the 24 Hours i found that its battery not working properly.I contact the shop keeper for this problem but he said that you should visit to service center.
                                  On 04 June 2010, myself went to the authorized service station in sector- 27 Noida at the address " Samsung Service Center, Sector-27, Noida to get it checked. The Executive of the service center told that the we not available the mobile parts so, you visit another Samsung service center located in Sector-27 Noida.But they told me we are not taking mobile hand set at this movement because now we have more than 300 sets pendency, you shold go Nehru Place Delhi.

                                  Now what i should do, after the date of purchase i inform the shop keeper, where i bought this mobile.But he can not help me.because company not give warranty or guaranty to the shop keeper.

                                  But opinion is that if you found any problem in your products, company should give a fixed time period to shop keeper for change or repair the products.

                                  Please help me in this case. In case require any bill or document, let me know of the same.

                                    On 22-APR-2007, I bought above mentioned AC from KBM Electronics 1/32, Lalita Park, Main Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092, Phone; 2248157, 22448277, Tin No. [protected].

                                    this is really sad to say that the AC is not working fine. In response to my complaint, I was told that gas has been leaked and Rs. 1181 got charged by me on 13/6/08, by Samsung Authorised Service centre "JANUS ELECTRONICS" 10C/246, Sector 10, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad (U.P.), PH:[protected]. I agreed and the service was done, but again after one month the same problem occured, this time the same service centre did the same for free of cost (date: 23/7/08). Well I was said that now this will not happen again. But from 29/9/08, we again encountered the same problem, again the comlaing got logged, but this time again I was told to pay the money. Do you think spending money after each and every month that is too on a new AC is a justification.

                                    I am shocked that company like SAMSUNG too produces such a quality less product.

                                    Kindly look Into the same and do the needful.

                                      This washing machine stopped working on the 20th of Sep, the same day I registered a complaint. The representative from Samsung from Samsung came that evening and saw the machine and said that the motor is gone and has to be replaced. He said it will take about 4-5 days, so i waited patiently, he came on the 29th with a new motor which also turned out to be defective, and from then on they are refusing to take my calls, they are not evening responding on the call centre number namely[protected], the representative is also not responding to my calls his name is Rishi and his cell number is [protected]. I am facing a lot of problems due to this, maids are also not easy to come by, please help me to solve this problem and please make them listen to me and my problems. thank you

                                        I had submitted a 40 gb samsung hard disk at vijayawada service point for replacement which is in warrenty. I didn't get the serviced or replaced one from samsung. I know it could hardly take 5 to 7 days for replacement. other companies like segate, wester digital are providing the replacements with in 3 or 4 days. i dot know the reasons for this delay. poor service from samsung.
                                        Samsung Hard disks get damaged very easily. I have two hard disks 40 and 80 GB which doesnt get detected and gives tick tick sound. Never trust a Hard disk or CD drive from samsung
                                        Within warranty period my Samsung hard disk (sata) was damaged. I gave that in Kolkata, customer care office for repair on 6.11.08. On 7.01.09 they gave a repair hard disc that also was damaged. Again I return this to your Kolkata office at that time they exchange with a pata hard disc. This is not detected. What I can do now? I think it a one type of cheating from their service dept. Never trust on this company.
