Samsung washing machine complaint booked on 8.12.2010 in coimbatore service centre. but till date no response. 14th April one service person([protected]) called me and asked the route. but he didnt come. but he marked it as door locked. very very bad service.

complain no [protected] is on 01/04/10. but tili date no service engineer will come for replace the spare part.
