My wife Manju Goswami bought a Samsung Washing machine model 82 v5 GEC vide invoice no SR/08-09/1158 dt 23.02.2009 from M/S Patowari Bros. of Dispur Guwahati. On 02.02.2012, she lodged a complaint to service center vide complaint no[protected] dt. 02.02.2012 about the machine's spinning problem.One man came and replaced the drain motor with a new one for Rs.728.15,and the machine did not work. On further complaint ,a new man came, he replaced the PCB (?) for Rs.1905.00 and then the programmes were malfunctioning.
Kindly do something as early as possible.

SAMSUNG WASHING M/C — HORRIBLE SERVICE
HI!I had called for m/c service on 12th April, one mechanic turned on 13th April..and confirmed that pipe had to be replaced and bought from company.
For 5 days we followed him, and on 19th April he said he has left the job, after that called customer care several times, called the Karampur aservice center ICARE, 5 times somebody by the name o[censored]mesh promises quick response but no result.
It is very frustating, I really regret buying Samsung machine and will make sure never ever to use any samsung product.
