[Resolved]  Samsung / Washing Machine Fully Auto — NO RESPONSE AGAINST COMPLAINT NO. BP [protected]

I lodged my complaint on 28.06.2010 wide no. BP[protected] regarding the replacing of washing machine tub but till date there is no interest from the samsung care.
I don't know how they bear the loads of custmer care staff if they are not interested in any kind of solution to seven years old washing machine.
Really its true to SS that CUSMER means cust kartey kartey mer
It happens only in India !!!!!!!
