[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine Model No. Wa82vsl — Not coming for the repairing since last 5 days | |||
I have raised the request for repairing our SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE, MODEL NO.- WA82VSL on 27/08/2011, complain no. (BP no.) - [protected]. We got the answer that someone would come on Monday, but no one came on that day. Then we called again for reminding on that day, then he replied that now somebody would come on Tuesday. Nobody came on that day also.I again reminded to customer care on Tuesday, but didn't take any action. Then I have called today again & told that if no one would come today then i would go to consumer court, then he took an action & sent one person, called Rambabu who has no manner how to talk with the customer. He didn't have the part which needed for the replacement, so he told that he would do it after two days because right now he didn't have. I have asked him for doing that today itself, then he replied me rudely that he has more important work than this,so he would not do it today. Was this information helpful? | |||

Now this is too much. Everyday i have to call 2-3 times to the customer service center. But still no one take any action. Today i have called them 5 times. Now they told me that they didn't have the parts & will come after 15 days. If I buy a new washing machine then I will get it within 1 day, then why should I wait 15 days for one part? Is it the service? Samsung have to close this so called "customer service center", because Samsung just pays their employees for not giving any services to the customer. Now looks like I have to go to the Consumer Court.
