[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine Model No. Wa82vsl — Not coming for the repairing since last few days | |||
Now this is too much. Everyday i have to call 2-3 times to the customer service center. But still no one take any action. Today i have called them 5 times. Now they told me that they didn't have the parts & will come after 15 days. If I buy a new washing machine then I will get it within 1 day, then why should I wait 15 days for one part? Is it the service? Samsung have to close this so called "customer service center", because Samsung just pays their employees for not giving any services to the customer.
