[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Samsung service terrible | |||
I placed a complaint (no. [protected]) to the Samsung service centre (phone number[protected] in the first week of February 2013, asking for the outlet pipe and back board of my washing machine (model no. WA82V4GEC/XTL 6.2 kg fully automatic) to be replaced as they were broken. They said someone would call me back and a person did and said he would come with the spare parts. I waited at home instead of going to office and he did not show up. I called again and again, and every time, someone would make me repeat all the details and say that someone would contact me etc and nobody has come so far, three months later. This is completely shameful for this company. The call centre people are useless, they are completely illogical and keep lying. I even spoke with on Rangaswamy (call centre manager apparently in whose centre there was a useless rep called Muthu - Chennai call centre) and he also lied and then hung up when I asked for the name of his boss. Yesterday, another person called (phone number [protected], don't know the name) and lied that the technician had come to my house twice with the parts. I told him it was not true and he said he came once! Then I said that was also not true and he said he would come the next day with the parts. When I called him today, he says the parts have to be ordered. I asked him how the person came earlier then and he said maybe the parts are out of stock!
