[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — Support for installation | |||
Hi, We have purchased a Samsung Washing machine from QRS Pattom on Jan-6-2011. The representatives from QRS delivered the product on 7-Jan-2011 and told us that the Samsung representatives will come to install the washing machine. On friday night we received and SMS that our service request number is [protected]. On Saturday morning we received a call from the number [protected] asking us whether we are available. We said yes, but after that they have not come till today. What is irritating is the fact that since Saturday we have tried this mobile number atleast 25-30 times and no one is picking up. If the service is like this within 2 days of purchase what service can we expect from them in future. Would like to know how to resolve this issue at the earliest .
