Respected Sir,
SUBJECT: GRIEVANCE AGAINST DEFECTIVE PIECE OF WASHING MACHINE
On the above mentioned subject I beg to state that I had purchased a washing machine on 27.11.11 from the 'NExT' shop Sikar (raj). From the very starting it does not work properly.It runs for first 15 minutes and then stops for next 15 minutes and when again started it works for 10-15 minutes and stops again .It is the problem in both the motors of wash and spin.I compklained in customer care for 4-5 times. The engineer came from service center' checked and changed both of the motors.(wash 2 times) (spin 3 times)but it works as usual.The service man says that it will work just like this.It will be work for 15 minutes and stop for the next 15 minutes. The other machines of the same model runs continually but it doesn't .Please exchange my washing machine immediately and take necessary action against the "NEXT'' showroom.
