This is to inform you that my washing machine with the above mentioned details has been taken by 'Exclusive Samsung Service Centre' MONDAL APPLIANCES SERVICE 87/10, Akshoy Kumar Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700 090. on 29.09.2010. The above mentioned machine was in perfect condition except the water inlet which was partially clogged due to iron content in our water supply. The SC personnel also confirmed the same and said the said machine will be washed properly and be returned within max 7 days.
After repeated follow ups the service centre informed us that the circuit board was damaged so it is taking so much time, although we did not have any problem with running the machine even on the day it was taken.
Further on 26.10.2010 I have received a call from the afore said "MONDAL APPLIANCES SERVICE " informing us that they are sending their engineer next day to our address to the check the problem of our washing machine, which is actually laying with them from 29.09.2010.
This was really shocking to discover that the above mentioned 'Exclusive Samsung Service Centre - MONDAL APPLIANCES SERVICE’ was unable to track the mentioned product in their custody.
Further more on 29.10.2010 the above mentioned service centre informed us that the above mentioned product has already been delivered to us on 28.10.2010, which we actually did not receive.
Again, this is not needless to mention that under the terms & conditions of the above mentioned service centre, point No. 11 reads as follows – “ Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever if this equipment not collected within 30 days from the date of the submission to ASC vide this work order receipt”. And so the aforesaid service centre did calculatively shouldered off the issue just on the 30th. Day.
You are requested to do the needful to recover my product in working condition from the above mentioned service centre and oblige.
