[Resolved]  Samsung Washing Machine Wt - 9200 - Eg — Non installation and demonstration

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Samsung washing Machine No.WT-9200-EG (7.0K.G.) Bill No.Hoo594 dated 17-05-08 from M/s.Arvindra Electronics Pvt. Ltd. SCO.112 Sector 22-B, Chandigarh (Telephone no.2706438). That I had been requesting its Dealer as well as to the Companies Service Centre for the last five days regularly to give me operation of machine and installation the machine in my house so that I am able to use the machine. I am sorry to say that inspite of several phone calls and visit to the dealer and the service centre but no one bothered to come to my house No.1653 Sector 23-B, Chandigarh, India. I am compelled to lodge this complaint to you because I am feeling harrassed.
