Respected Sir,
I purchased a Samsung wave 8500 on 26th august 2010, I discovered that the battery wasn't holding up as it should and so took it to a near by service center in Thrissur ( prime services) on 13th November, at first they said it was an issue with the board and so they had to replace it and I requested a replacement handset and they diverted me to their branch manager in Cochin,who authorizes replacements. I spoke with him and then he said that giving a replacement was not possible and he also said that there was a technical error and there was nothing wrong with the board and that everything was working fine. I convinced him with that there was an issue with the battery finally after briefing him with the issues I faced, finally he agreed to provide a new battery, which must have been given in the first place, days have passed and still the service center claims of not receiving the battery. I am frustrated with the poor service rendered and am not able to do anything about it and am scared if my phone would be tampered with, since it is just 2 months old. Please help me!! on what needs to be done.
