Samsung Wave - Ii - S8530 Mobile — it's not working in a proper way | |||
Dear sir/madam, this is bhargava.M, actually i bought a mobile on[protected],anandset andd the ha ndset details are these... NAME : samsung mobile. MODEL : waveII-s8530. IMEI-NO : 355082/04/676439/4 SERIAL NO :RV3B574938E and the problem that i am facing was for the first three days only i went to the service center regarding the in-built phone memory.and after they udated the software the 2gb memory was shown. and now also i am facing the same problem with external memory..as per given specifications it has to support 32gb memory but even it's not supporting a memory card of size 8gb. so finally how many times i have to go the service centre in hardly a couple of weeks...and how you people are going to rectify my problem.if not just give me the handset i will try with that.... ...thanks in advance Was this information helpful? | |||

your area sales manger called me and requested me to contact the concerned service center.
but as i went to them they said actually we will verify the details and then we will intimate you soon till then please wait.after some time the person namely Naresh belongs to ameerpet service center said that sir it's the problem with the memory card sir but what actually the problem is not correct after some time i given some clearances to him.he also agreed with me that 'it's not the problem with card'.then i asked him what i have to do.after some time he formatted the card and entered the data it's working...
but now i am trying to add some other media the mobile is hanging.
--"see the main thing is today only i went to the service center and in the evening only it's not working and from this the people can understood how efficient people are working in Samsung service centers" ...
even the sales manager also not responded to my call today
