This is regarding the complaint for Samsung washing machine Model No B1245AEW/XTL , Sl no W9385ADP500043A , Work Order No VCS 11/272 Dated 22.11.10 Claim No [protected] Service Center Address : Vision Cool Services 2, New Taratala Road Kol- 700088 Tel No : 24013575 / 3576 Call Center No : 30308282 1. Our washing machine was taken by the service personnel on 22.11.10 and said that the machine would be repaired in two days and returned. Till now no body has reverted back to us and when ever we call the call center they are totally unaware of the situation and asks us to call us the workshop. There is some problem with the service center phone as they cannot hear any thing from our end. We have tried calling from different phone numbers the problem still persist. Till this date we are clueless about our machine , when they are going to repair and return the same to us. Every time we call up they promises to return the call , but the calls are never returned.
