I PURCHASED A WINDOW AC IN 2009.THE PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK RIGHT FROM INSTALLATION.AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATEDLY IT WAS PICKED UP FOR REPAIRS AFTER 2 MONTHS.THE AC WAS RETURNED BACK AFTER 02 MONTHS.BY THE TIME IT WAS ALMOST WINTER AND I DID NOT REQUIRE TO RUN IT/ AGAIN IN THE NEXT SEASON THE AC WAS NOT WORKING.EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS IT WAS NOT ATENDED.

Samsung/ Window A/C — Worst After sales Customer service

I am a bonafied customer of samsung products. Today(13/08/2009) I have approched Samsung Service center trivandrum for the repire of my A/C remote, as directed by the delaer M/s Quilon Radio Service.
The Manager/ Propriter Mr chacko Varkey behaved in an arrogant and ridiculing manner and denied my requirement also quated an eg. that "In a car service center scooter won't be repaired".
It is requested that the matter is to be seriousely viewed.
