Samsung - AC — Defect in Manufacturing
Dear Sir,We have bought an Samsung AC, on 1st of April in a Shop located in vijayawada. The Unit is a defective piece, delivered on April 2nd. We are still waiting for the unit to be replaced by the Dealer. He is saying, the same would be recieved, today and tomorrow. Till date, the unit has not been replaced.
When enquired in other shops, the fact is that - there is some defect in all the units manufactured at that time and company is not releasing any pieces now of the same model. When the shop knew, there is a defect - why should customer take the pain in getting the unit - paying 30k for a 1. 5 Ton AC (15 days delayed from Payment Date)
Let me know what to do - to complain on this issue.

Samsung — ac defective
Dear Sir,My complain no[protected] was registerd with samsung india as my ac got defective within 20 days from the date of purchase and i was assured that my ac will be replaced but till now two moinths have passed nothing has been done
