Dear Sir, I have purchase my Samsung Window Ac in Year 2009. In April 2012, my stop cooling, so i have put the request to Samsung Customer care - After that Engineer from Service center have visited on 08 April 2012 & sent the Ac To repair, where they have charged Rs. 1800 for gas including visit Charges & Rs. 2800 for condenser, which they informed from the workshop. The same amount i have paid to them for repair & they have offered 03 months warranty from the date of repair.
Once my Ac back to my home on 11 April 2012 & after few few days we got that Ac is not cooling properly. Again i have complaint to Samsung Customer care & engineer visit to us on 12 May 2012 & informed us the Ac again will again go to Workshop on 14 May 2012 for repair under warranty due to gas problem.
On 14 May 2012 - nobody turn-up & again i called to Samsung Customer care, then they informed to us - Engineer has given the OK report of our Ac. So they are misguiding the customer & giving proper solution.
We are requested to this matter seriously & provide the proper solution as well as compensation.
