Samsung had entered the Indian Marke in a Big way and it seems that they hardly hear the customers. Make Money and that seems to be the Mantra!!! High time these guys pull up their sock! We have recently purchased 3 airconditioners, a 40" LCD and a 25" LCD all Samsng products from Croma Electronics at Ishanya Pune. While all gooddy goody things on face value at the timeos sales, Samsung has no concept of customer care and have all promises coming from the call centre which again is a Delhi Number[protected]. We ended up making STD calls from Pune on this number to fix our A/C. Promises like someone would be there at home today to someone would call us in 30 minutes were the standard statements coming out. The service is also discourteous when the technican at Pune says "he can come when he is free". We hope he gets free in this year. It seems Samsung has just one guy for the whole of Pune!!! Our service complaint number was [protected] dated 15 March 2008. As i write this feedback on 20th March 2008 with complete dissatisfaction, the request has not been closed out!!!
The techician came on 19th March for the first time finally...after repeated calls and after we had somehow managed to get in touch with a guy called Mr. Rajendra based in Pune (supposedy a service manager level person with some authority to get work done..not sure though). Th technician said that said the Gas needs to be filled (NOW...this is a brand new AC operated for the very first time and NO Gas...exposes poor installaion and site teting practices of Samsung). He makes another Samsung Promise that he would come next day morning (i.e. 20th March 08) and resolve the problem. We had to make a call at 1303 hours again to check if he did mean something when he said he would come..when the morning had elapsed!! He has said that he will be here by 3 PM (Fingers crossed!)
In the meantime, we surfed the Samsung India Web page that allows us to place service feedback! Oh No...the service feedback part doesnt operate well on this site. After some atempts we gave up! If the standard of service is poor obviously the webpage feature on fedack not working wouldnt come as a surprise to us.
What more shall we say? The above shows how carless Samsung is...We are concerned now if we made a right choice in Samsung! We have made some large purchases from Samsungs and if this is he case with the first service interaction...what do we have in store???? We hope Samsung will act more responsibly and not push customers to approach consumer forums to resolve the product issues!

Dear Sir,

then we had to change motor twice & drain motor once for which we had to shell out

i bought samsung M600 slider mobile in January 2008 and it got malfunction in march 2008, i give it to samsung service center to repair this mobile and they return me after repair a scratchy hand set which is not mine i give it which handset that have not a single scratch, i say it to service center people but they show me the serial number which is located in back side under battery, definitely it is mine handset serial number but only bace is mine which have not any scratch and upper part of slider which have lots of scratches it is not mine. i got a big by samsung service center.

17 crt monitor complain painding
I have purchased samsung 29" flat screen TV on nov. 2007,
I am getting a green colour spot on the left bottom of the screen .
I have already ensured that there is no electric or magnetic field near the screen still the spot is coming .
I have launched complaints 4 times from feb to may, but till now there is no action .
They gave me call and give some non sense ideas to deal with that problem .
Last time there service engg. came and explained me that because you have placed the TV near the wall and wall may have iron you are getting this problem.
I dont understand that why the company things that we are some illterate people with no common sense .
Despite beign so big brand name the customer service is very poor .

I have purchased samsung computer monitor aug 2007, monitor colour display not properly working. on the starting of the computer monitor colour is yellow after sometimes(heatup)ten it will get original screen

samsung 920NW monitor — delaying in replacing of monitor..
sir,i baught a SAMSUNG 920NW monitor on 1st may'08.In the month of august i found some diffects in my monitor so i registrad a complain over there customer care on 16 th august'08.An engineer from samsung visited my house after 4 days.he gave me assurance of repairing it within 15 days.in the next 15 days no response had come from thier side.then i again made a call to customer care.again one engineer came and gave me assurance of repairing it within 4 days.after 4 days i made a call there again.then they said that they would replace it very soon.again one man from samsung came and took the xerox of my bill of the purchasing that monitor.but after that no response had come from their side.
i made call atleast 6-7 times after the last visit.they continuously asked me for waiting.but it is the 43rd day of my registration of my report.but they still not responsing.what should i do?can u please suggest me.

for any issues of samsung IT products like MOnitors, Printers, Laptops, dont go for local service centers, you have to log the calls on tolll free numbers.[protected],[protected]add local code).[protected]. then only the higher authorities of samsnung will know u r problem. there is a matrix they have to follow . there is no company having such a policy to give money back to customer .your complaint number [protected]. it has been completed by changing signal cable. i hope all of samsung users may call call centers only.
I purchased a 19 inches lcd monitor on january 2008... six months back i found some display problem in my monitor... And right then i filed a complaint about that...Around 10 technicians have come to my home so far and none of them resolved my problem... And finally i was asked to bring the monitor to the nearest service centre... Two months before i went there with my monitor and they kept my monitor with them for 5 days... After that, i phoned them and they told the display board is defective and it needs to be replaced... They asked me to wait for 20 days to receive a new display board... I did wait... That board didnt match my monitor...So i was asked to wait another 20 days for another new board...But the same result... So finally they promised me to replace mine with a new one and they told, for that i need to wait for 20 days... I waited for a month for replacement but no call received regarding that... So i phoned them and now they telling The replacement approval is declined and they askin me to wait for another 7 days for a new board...
I have totally lost all my faith on them... My warranty period is still alive... So kindly turn your attention towards this case and solve it ASAP...
