SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C 256GB
I bought a "SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C 256GB" Pendrive from amazon a few days back I am having a lot of issues with this device but the biggest of all is It deletes data automatically and I'm not able to understand why it is deleting. It copies data at speed of 6MBPS but 150MBPS is mentioned in the advertisement.

Pendrive not supporting in any pc or laptop
I have purchased sandisk pan drive of 60gb which has almost 20 gb my personal data. but it is not showing any file or folder when i'm connecting it with any pc or laptop. i just want that either you please service it or provide me new one and replace it.. 3 months has been passed over when i purchased this kind of cheap product from its sandisk dealer/shopkeeper

I have purchased this sandisk ultra microsdhc 16 gb uhs-1 class 10 memory card (Sdsqunb-016g-gn3mn) in february 2016 through amazon. This card came with 7 years warranty but it corrupted while copying data from phone to card in feb 2020 only. Due to lockdown and severe other serious and hazardous reasons i was unable to reach to you. But i need to be got repaired or replace it at sooner to avoid any sort of inconvenience. I visited to the center recently but they responded saying currently we dont deal with this which left me unanswered and cause a dissatisfaction from the after sale services.
This sort of answer proves the dis satisfactory service which is nevertheless user friendly. A proper solution should be provided so that customer do not face such disappointment and inconvenience regarding after sale services. Hoping that positive actions will be taken towards this. Seeking for early reply.

incorrect pen drive type design

Sometime back i purchased a sandisk 8gb pen drive. The pen drive in principle is working all right. However there's something unusual about this pen drive.
When i plug it in my windows pc, os detects it as a usb hdd (Local disk) rather than removable disk.
As a result i am unable to use certain apps that work on removal pen drives like flash drive tester. These apps don't detect the pen drive as it's not marked as removable in the firmware.
Internet research showed that this was done by sandisk to pass some windows 8 certification test.
The issue is it's not a true usb removable pendrive and not being detected as removable which is supposed to be expected behavior.
This is to bring it to the notice of all tech savvy buyers to check with sandisk before making their next pen drive purchase.

sandisk ultra pd 3.0 32gb speed problem maximum 1-2mbps
Sir, it so much sad for anyone if we give extra money for 3.0 usb pd for max speed but sir it dont work properly.

I've ordered a128gb card & a16 GB card ... And they delivered me 32gb card which is also duplicate .. they took the money .. and now silent ... Wts wrong with u .. is cheating us is it hobby .. i am unable to get any warranty of the pendrive. I purchased it from amazon.in, and after the purchase of about two weeks i faced the problem with the device and so I for the warrenty claim but, the service center refused to give service onto my device and told me to it is not servicable as i purchased it online.

I beg to inform you to kindly change the sandisk ultra microsdxc uhs-1 card (64GB) with adaptor with two 32 GB card of same specification.The 64 gb card is not able to format completely, Instead it is showing 32 gb & is not able to copy the file as it could not format completely.
The card has been purchased on 08.01.2015 from Nishita Elecronics, 3, saklat place. kolkata=72.
Kindly do the needful action in relation with this & oblige.

SanDisk 16GB Memory Card Replacement

I purchased Memory Card 16 GB of SanDisk.

I believe if we buy some product from a shop, it should be of good quality. The staff should be well aware about the product and all its services. But unfortunately this is not the case with Priya Gen next shopkeepers. Neither they sell you the good quality of product nor they have any knowledge about the product services. There what I face a issue.
After buying the SanDIsk 16 GB pendrive from the shop, it did not even works for single time for me. I put the pend drive in different systems but it was not detecting it. I went to the shopkeeper for its replacement. They said it should be replaced by service center. I agreed. I asked them service center address but they don’t know that. Even they told me some weird guidance about the address. When I reach at that place, I did not found any service center. Even shopkeeper didn’t know the address. So neither the shop keeper sell you good quality product, nor they help you to get your issue resolved or with proper guidance for what to do if you face any issue.
They have given me one contact number of some person, whose number is [protected], is one of the person working in service center. I have contacted him but he was not picking the phone. Even didn’t gave the address through sms. Very strange person who didn’t respond well even on sms.
I prefer and advice others to don’t buy the product from such shops.
Second major issue I am facing with SanDisk service center. Somehow I manage to find the address of SanDIsk service center at Gurgaon myself.

Its near ganpati arcade complex.
But unfortunately when I reach there, it was Saturday and it was closed. Anyway I again visited their on working day (My office work suffer because they don’t work on even on Saturday. Poor service instance). Still after going there on working day, The people working there said, they can’t replace the pen drive because the office will shift after 5 days from this location to another location. Even he didn’t give the exact address of another location too.
I used to thought that the SanDisk is very reputed company and provide good services, but it’s my first instance when I need the service and I suffered a lot. Some action must be taken against this company as its not providing good service at all.
The service center people don’t have manners to talk, they are even not co-operative. They just lie uselessly and don’t want to work at all. I don’t think even if office is shifting after 5 days, and they stop working or dealing with customer. It does not stop here, the 5 days have passed, I went their again, and still the shifting is going on and they are not ready to co-operate at all.
I suggest everyone not to buy SanDisk product at all even in future. If you have bought any other companies pen drive, at least it won’t be bad, even if some issue occur, the service center deal ideally.
As a fine, I would like to register a consumer complaint and also with some additional fine on them. I still have the bill and pen drive cover.
Somebody please guide and help me.
