Hi, iam Abdul Mateen Ahmed from Hyderabad.I would to advice every indian never buy any product from sansui.Because it is just useless support.I had called almost 50 calls for past 5 days but no proper response.They just take customer's for granted.They say that we had forwarded your complain sir, u will receive within 2 hours, 4hours.They are just pranking us. I would make sure that none of my family, friends, online friends dont ever buy any product from sansui. My Complain no # hyd10090064, are can be traced by my mobile no # [protected]. Sansui TV — poor service
despite regular remienders the servcie pepole are not responded yet my complaint is lodged ten days before Our sunsui hardrock 21" tv was picture tube problem...my tv warrenty is 7 years...& this is 5 years...so come to my home to repair the tv...

I purchased a Sansui TV seven years ago. Now there is a complaint for the speaker. About three weeks ago the technitian came, detached the board and took to the workshop for detailed checking. I am informed that they are waiting for a spare part. For the last three weeks I have been waiting for the board to be reinstated.But he has't come yet.

Sansui 29" TV — Poor Service
We Purchased Two TV's (SANSUI 29")date -15.10.2005 And 10.8.2007.We Have 7 years Warrenty. Now two tvs not working at a time.we already complaint your authorised dealer.But he not responded.Still now also he is not sending any person.we were complained nearly one month back.my complaint nos-2901k and 2601k.
we are calling so many times but he is not sending any person.Your service is very poor.
Please take any Action immediatly.

Sansui India — Regarding Washing machine
My machine model no. is SS-F72R. While washing clothes, Machine's wash tub is making sound. Kindly Repair it as soon as possible.Wall monting stand is not in the box

Sansui — Picture tube problems
Sir,I bought a Sansui DVD player about 6 months back. The remote was working well till last month. Then I faced a problem and got it rectified through the local dealer from whom I have purchased after a long battle.
Now, again I am facing the same problem and the remote is not functioning.
I therefore request you to kindly replace the same with the new one. Please treat this complaint as most urgent and comply.
