WE PURCHASE SANSUI 73 C.M COLOUR T.V FROM NEPTUNE ELECTRONICS RAJKOT,GUJARAT(INDIA)

YOUR COMPANY GIVE FULL 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON THIS TV MODEL.IT IS GOOD FOR CUSTMOR.

BUT WHEN THE WARRANTY PERIOD WAS COMPLETED THE PROBLEM OF OUR TV WAS STARTED.

THE FIRST PROBLEM OCCURES ABOUT THE SCREEN ,THE LENGTH OF OUR SCREEN BECOME SMALL AND THE LEFT AND RIGHT BOTH SIDE BLACK THICK LINES.

WE TELL THIS PROBLEM AND REGISTRATED OUR COMPLAINT TO NEPTUNE ELECTRONICS.THE SERVICE STATION’S PERSON COME AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM WITH COLLECTED RS.250.

THEN SECOND TIME THE PROBLEM OCCURES AFTER THE TWO MONTHS FROM FIRST TIME REPAIR,

THIS TIME SOME INTERNAL PROBLEM OCCURES,AT THIS TIME OUR TV AUTOMETICALLY OFFBY SOME NOISY VOICE.

AFTER THIS WE AGAIN COMPLAINT TO SERVICE CENTER AND NEPTUNE ELECTRONICS FOR OUR PROBLEMS.

THIS TIME SERVICEMEN CAME AND TELL THAT OUR TUBE OF SCREEN WAS DEMEGED AND TOLD TO OUS FOR NEW TUBE OF THE TV SCREEN THAT IS RS.8000.

AND ASKED HIM FOR WHY THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM OCCOUR IN OUR NEW SANSUI WHICH PURCHASE BEFORE ONLY 1.5 YAER.
THEN HE TOLD AS THIS PIECE OF SANSUI 73 C.M COLOUR T.V ALREADY DAMAGE AND NOT GOOD MANUFECHER BY THE COMPANY.IT IS BY DEFAULT COMPANY FAULT.

THIS TIME PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVE AND WE REPAIR TV WITH OTHER SERVICE PERSON THAT REPAIR OUR TV TO CHANGE SOME PART OF TV LIKE,”EST” AND “H-OUTPUT”.WORTH RS.1500 APPRO.

THEN AGAIN PROBLEM OCCURES OF THE SEREEN OUTPUT WHICH BECOME VERY SMALL.THE PROBLEM MAY BE TELL AS “TEENPUSHAN”(SMALL LENGTH OF SCREEN)WE TELL THIS PROBLEM FOR SERVICE CENTER BUT HE ALREADY TOLD THAT PIECE IS ALREADY DAMAGED BY COMPANY.

THIS PROBLEM TILL NOT SOLVE AND OUR TV TUBE NOT PROPERLY WORK AND OUR TV TILL INTO SWITCH-OFF MODE.AND YOUR DEALER(NEPTUNE) NOT TOLD US TO THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM IN THIS PIECE.

NOW,YOU THINK THAT OUR TV REPAIR WITH IN 1.8 YEAR 4 TIMES AND TILL NOT WORK.IT IS NOT GOOD IMAGE OF COMPANY FOR GOOD CUSTOMER.

I WTSH YOU GIVE BEST RESPONSE FOR OUR PROBLEM AND YOU TELL YOUR DEALER(NEPTUNE ELECTRONICS)FOR THIS PROBLEM.
