[Resolved]  Sansui — Service problem

Sir i have purchase a sansui tv, some days before it dead, i do a call to Videocon service center for the mentioned problem on 13/7/2010, they sent their executive on 14/07/2010, he change some equipment and charge 1000 rs. just he left the house the TV's again dead. i call to customer care again on no. [protected] with complaint no. GUR[protected] on the name of Dinesh Kumar and after that he didn't return back to me. i properly follow up my complaint from 25th july onward but no body came. 25/07/2010, 26/07/2010 (Amit pick the ph), 28/7/2010 (Abhishek), 29/07/2010 (Shyam), 29/07/2010 (Rakhi), 30/07/2010 (Mr. Khan), 31/07/2010 (Mohammad), 03/08/2010 (Sangeeta) everbody assured me that today executive will reach to you but still not any body reach.
